In the State of Indiana (reciprocity in most states), with the Chiropractic X-Ray license, you will be authorized to perform x-rays in medical offices, podiatry offices, chiropractic offices, and hospitals. You will be authorized to perform the following x-rays:

I. LOWER EXTREMITIES x-rays to include: Toes, Foot, Calcaneus, Ankle, Tibia, Fibula, Knee, Patella, Femur, Hip/pelvis

II. UPPER EXTREMITIES x-rays to include: Fingers, Hand, Wrist, Forearm, Elbow, Humerus, Shoulder, Scapula, Clavicle, and AC Joints

III. SPINE x-rays include: Cervical Spine, Thoracic Spine, Lumbar Spine, Sacrum and Coccyx, Sacroiliac Joints, and Scoliosis Series

Definition of Reciprocity - This simply means that once you have your State of Indiana limited scope x-ray license, you may apply for a limited scope x-ray license in your state of residence or State of employment. Prior to enrollment, please check with your State of residence to ensure that they accept reciprocity for the State of Indiana Chiropractic X-Ray license. There are no refunds given once registered.

Reciprocity process:

Step 1. Complete the ASCT State of Indiana Approved Chiropractic X-Ray Licensing program using the app, books, and classroom (online or in person).

Step 2. Sit for the State of Indiana Approved Licensing examination (ASCT). Given twice a year in Indianapolis, IN.

Step 3. Pass the exam, receive your State of Indiana Chiropractic X-Ray license.

Step 4. Request for reciprocity in your State of residence by completing the state application, complying with all state requirements, and submit a copy of your Indiana license.

Prior to enrollment, please check with your State of residence or State of employment to ensure that they accept reciprocity for the State of Indiana Chiropractic X-Ray license.

Chiropractic X-Ray Licensing Program allows you to take x-rays in the State of Indiana medical/podiatry offices, chiropractic offices, clinics and hospitals.

Military bases to accept the State of Indiana licenses.

There are no refunds or credits given once registered.
