Le Mesturet est un traditionnel bistrot parisien, situé au cœur de Paris, entre l'Opéra et le musée du Louvre.
Fondé en 2003 par Alain Fontaine à la place d’un établissement historique ancré dans le quartier de la bourse depuis 1883, restaurant le Mesturet, propose une cuisine française qui marie authenticité et créativité.
Engagés depuis toujours dans la démarche du "fait maison", Alain Fontaine, propriétaire du Mesturet et son chef Pascal Brot, deux passionnés de gastronomie, servent exclusivement des plats élaborés à partir de produits frais transformés sur place et cuisinés dans le respect des règles culinaires.
Ainsi, le Mesturet travaille avec des fournisseurs et des producteurs qui garantissent la traçabilité de leurs produits.
A la manière d’une auberge de ville, nous vous accueillons toute la journée sans interruption de 7h30 jusqu’à 23h, 7 jours sur 7 dans une ambiance conviviale et un décor de pierre et de bois rappelant le vin et le vieux Paris.
N’hésitez pas à passer la porte du Mesturet pour y passer un bon moment en famille ou entre amis. Notre salle de 90 couverts et notre salon privatisable de 30 couverts permettent également d’organiser des repas groupe, des anniversaires et tout autre événement.
