About this app

Het team van basisschool St. Caecilia heet u welkom op deze app. Het team van de school bestaat uit enthousiaste, deskundige leerkrachten die samen het onderwijs aan de school inhoud geven. Er zijn specialisten op het gebied van taal en rekenen, maar ook op het gebied van leerlingenzorg en onderwijs voor (hoog)begaafde kinderen. Goed leren hoort bij 'je thuis voelen op school'. Daarom werken wij als school aan een vriendelijk en veilig klimaat waarin orde en regelmaat een plaats hebben. Goede aansluiting bij de ontwikkeling en mogelijkheden van ieder kind en ieder in zijn waarde laten, staat hierin centraal. Leren doe je niet alleen. Daarom leren we kinderen samenwerken, verantwoordelijkheid te dragen en naar zelfstandigheid te groeien. Ons motto is dan ook 'Samen Groeien'.

Op onze basisschool ontwikkelen kinderen zich in een vertrouwde omgeving met veel aandacht voor leerlingenzorg en een speciale plusklas voor begaafde leerlingen. Zelfstandigheid, verantwoording nemen en sociaal emotionele ontwikkeling staan daarbij centraal.

Daarnaast leren we kinderen samenwerken, want leren doe je niet alleen. De school staat voor een vriendelijk en veilig klimaat, waarin ieder kind voldoende ruimte heeft voor zijn/haar ontplooiing.

Er zijn leerkrachten gespecialiseerd op het gebied van leer,- en gedragsproblemen en excellente leerlingen. Vanzelfsprekend worden ouders nauw betrokken bij dit proces.
