We first had to clear limited storage space on a parents phone in order to install your app, only to chose the school of our youngest child, now in group 8, soon due to use Magister. Chosing the school installs another icon on the android phone screen where we later see the same contend as under the first icon. So why we need two icons, what if we deleted one of them? To open the Cito report of our child we need a document reader which we earlier deleted, in order to be able to install your app!

Fast, easy to use and sufficient overview

After installation, once you select a school, the screen is frozen with the spinning gear icon. If you exit/close that screen and re-open the app, it works. I cannot use the planner section in the app.

The function "gespreken maken" doesn't work. I tried to uninstall the app but it's the same issue. I tried to log out but it doesn't let me do it either. I cannot find a "technical support" function anywhere so I simply don't know what to do ☹️

The UI is very unintuitive. Sometimes messages are shown as a pop-up and havebto navigate everywhere to find these. A mailbox-like list could ve nice. Reporting ill is also dumb as you need to fill in every detail from your kids every time.

Frequently none responsive. Popups about new messages in inbox freeze the app.
