Latest update (1.2.126) supposedly allows addition of radio stations but these still do not save! Neither can playlists be created on the SD card with the app. although a claimed feature of the upgrade. It may work on 2Go with latest firmware but it doesn't work on Poly, which hasn't had a firmware update since 2.0.4 a year ago. Hoping Poly will get a firmware update soon to enable the alleged new functionality, until then app. only useful for switching connectivity modes so just 2*.

Very clunky and not intuitive. Just stopped connectingvto poly after last update.

Such a shame. Bluetooth streaming doesn't work and I have to restart the unit many times for it to even appear in the config app. Very frustrating when on the go and just want to listen to some music. Third part apps required to use Wi-Fi functionality too. Bought thinking I could play directly from my Tidal account, also doesn't work. PLEASE put some serious effort into the firmware on this thing, it could be so good.

This app does not work on my fully up to date pixel 5. This makes the Poly I purchased largely unusable. It crashes as soon as it launches.

The app is particularly bad on Android. It's erratic when connecting to the Poly. It's not as bad on iOS but the overall UI, gestures, UX and design is messy. It could do with a native rewrite; or, alternatively, a high-quality hybrid solution in React Native/Expo/Flutter. Most recently, I switched my APs to run in WPA3-SAE/WPA2-PSK (AES) Mixed Mode but, whilst I can get the Poly to see the available SSIDs, it won't connect. Could you please update the firmware and app to allow for this?

I've had this sreamer for a week, and the best l can get out it is blue tooth. I can't find a video to explain how you pair an Androids wifi to the poly! I know you have to because you set up all your detail about your account name, password, etc. on an apple device, register it with chord before you even start. So; the same should be with android hence, why my qobuz can't be picked up on my home network and be recognized by the poly. Come Chord, Get your act together Yours, Mr A.Durham.
