My app is updated on my galaxy s5 but now I can't click on the camera and see or enter contests I get error 404 super suck ..... can't see any events none of that I could see before. Please fix!

I open the app and it just pops a screen saying the eagle. No menu, no music...nothing

Settings wont allow me to turn this app OFF! I dont want it in my task bar all the time.....it should NOT run unless i turn it on!!
