The remote works great as long as our wifi network is functioning properly. I don't mind having to move the screen up and down to use the different functions. I would give this app 5 stars if I could figure out how to delete recordings. I love having the remote on my phone because my grandkids are great for losing our actual remote.

Works excellent....my wife doesn't like that the buttons on the original remote RC73 makes a clicking noise while I am up and she is trying to sleep at night. This solved everything 👌

I like the ease of set up and use. The only flaw on my end is that the volume feature doesn't work. Otherwise, I love the option of using the app.

Just downloaded the app and it works perfectly. My genie remote suddenly stopped working. I found a replacement remote at walmart for $35. I found this remote on the app store for free. The lite version works just fine for me.

This remote is awesome, but the only issue i have is the volume buttons dont work. They appear to be inactive. I have a Galaxy S10+. Just wondering if that is why or is there an update needed.

The app works really well with DirecTV, just like the remote control. This is an update to my original review. The issue we were having was not related to this app. Based on my new experience, this app is awesome. Our issue was with someone in the house sitting in the real remote!!! This is the best DirecTV remote app I've used thus far.
