Using BlueStacks

About this app

PTA 365 is an application that enables teachers to stay connected with parents. Monitoring the students activities when they are out of home is an important thing. Parents should know where there children are when they are supposed to be at school. Parents are to be aware of the activities and progress of their children.

•Absent alert SMS is the solution.
PTA 365 sends absent alert as SMS to the parent's registered mobile number. Apart from this it offers categorised messaging like sending sms to all students/students of specified class/students of specified section etc.

•Three types of accounts - Admin ,Section Head & Class Head

Admin has access to all children of the school. Admin has the ability to recharge the sms account, add teachers, send categorised messaging etc.

Section heads have access to all students and teachers in their particular sections.

Teachers can access their class and manage their students;

•Sending Marklist
Marks of students can be sent to parents using predefined template.

•Important events.
Apart from absent alert, reminders about important events, exams etc. can also be sent.

•Facts and quotes
Each time a user login, they will get one random fact of quote.

•Details of all students at your fingertips.
No need to go through all the heavy files in your school administration office for details of a student. Its all available in PTA 365.

•Have CSV file ? -No need to add students all by yourself
