User friendly app, packaging was done rightly, delivery was prompt. By the way there is minor bug , (showing quantity of items in cart in home screen , when cart is empty) Also, the cancellation time may be increased up to a day. With paytm other wallets be allowed seperately, with Debit and Credit cards, Net banking, a minimum order amount (eg. ₹ 500/ -600 /-) should be introduced to make delivery free, if possible.

They didn't sell books directly. If you order then they go to college street. Collect the book and then parcel it. In this process they "Gayab" your discount. There are many websites who sell those books with less price. Thank you.

Balance amount for undelivered books has not been credited after two weeks. This is not expected. Not responded on phone or WhatsApp.
