Terrible apps. Can't get it to use every time I want to order. End up ordering straight from the counter. My itnternet is fine. Super fast wifi. 5g sim. Both have trouble getting a smooth experience. Everything just loads for more than 30 minutes. Please improve the app. I'm a regular customer but can't get the app going. Such a waste for me

The app usually works well, but I hate when they ask me to update. Either the app doesn't work properly for awhile after the update. Or right now, the app doesn't allow me to use it and tells me to update. But in the Google Play Store, the only options I have are "Uninstall" or "Open"; no "Update" button. Even after uninstalling and re-installing, the app asks me to update, but no such option is available in the Play Store. So I'm just stuck being totally unable to use the app.

The new update is really a bother. I didn't have any issue with previous version, but the latest version is really a hassle. I frequent use pickup features bcoz my office locate nearby zus. With new update, it ask for permission for location although I have given the permission. I went back and forth and cannot make a pickup attempt. Endup with delivery. During payment also have problem. Have already topup but didn't reflect. Have to go back first and make 2nd attempt for payment than update.

App is extremely laggy, servers are non-responsive (keeps timing out) and is an overall complete waste of time trying to order from it. The app is 100% unusable in it current state and annoyed that they have not publicly addressed the issues plaguing the app. Its quite impressive to botch a functioning app to be as bad as it currently is.

The worst experience.. spent 45 minutes trying to order a coffee and the order still didn't go through, the app keeps lagging, and it keeps appearing loading, although it accepted my top-up to my zus pay account. I gave up after 45 minutes of trying (i restarted the app, checked my Internet, still didn't work). When i told the server about the problem, he very casually told me to either wait or come back later? IF I WANT THE COFFEE LATER I'LL BUY AND PAY FOR IT LATER?? A huge waste of time.

Edit : ZUS's app gets a 5-star for the updates they've mad. OLD REVIEW : ZUS is literally my favorite place to buy a delicious cup of coffee! Been using the app for a few months and everything is done well! UI looks great, feels great and most importantly fun especially with the task (which I hope to see more exciting tasks be given to app users). Only complaint is the fix e-wallet top up which I hope can be changed in a later update, other than that, will be using the app for a long while!
