These guys are excellent. Their customer service on fb is quick, prompt and very helpful. My only gripe is that they do not have an English website. With the amount of expats in HK, it only helps their business to have the app and website in english. Having said that, their website works perfectly fine with chrome/Google translate. An English version app will only make the experience much more convenient.

While i found this is simplified Chinese apps , i uninstalled it . Definitely i won't be used this apps any more until it changed to Traditional Chinese or English.

I have installed it but removed it after finding it uses simplified chinese but no english version for HK users.
