Good app, but it requires more user friendly search options. Like filtering cities, categories, brands etc., For example when I search for car tinting, I got list of all places around the Saudi Arabia. In filter option there is only sort. No city selection or any other categories. This happened even though my city is selected as Riyadh as default. Hope it will be fixed to grab the last ⭐. Thanks...

DO NOT BUY frm this app if u don't want to have a headache as a tourist in UAE. I bought 4 vouchers of Ferrari World from here & when I went there, the vouchers werent working on gate scanners & I even double checked from the cashier's main gate. The cashier checked all 4 vouchers & all wr expired.I ended up buying new tickets. I called their whatsapp num but its unavailable. I kept emailing, chatting & nothings getting resolved at all. I HOPE THEY WILL STOP SCAMMING INNOCENT TOURISTS!

The customer service at Cobone is totally useless.Although their telephone number is listed on the internet,neither will they answer the phone nor will they call you back.If you ask them a question on a deal on Cobone they write back to you thanking you for writing to them and asking you to write to them if you need any help! That's all they do.Provide no help of any sort on their deals on their website/app,except thanking you for writing to them!COMPLETELY USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE😡😡😡👎🏻👎🏻

Please don't use this app, before purchasing the voucher all timing will be available, after booking what ever time we ask for the merchant will tell it's not available. What is the use if we need to go as per their timing. Weekends will never be available. No phone number to call only follow up via Email. Imagine I have asked to confirm time for today dhow cruise and still no email from merchant or Cubone l. Better to book directly.

Fake promotions Please do not buy any offer from this app/website I bought 5 coupon through this app for holiday inn alkhobar, Before i reched hotel i calle them also but when we reached there as family shocking come to know there was no buffet at all Holiday inn hotel staff behavior was very brutal which was big embarrassment Tried to contact cobone but their after sale services are weird Always prefer to get booking directly from concerned restaurant/hotel instead of this application

Cobone - the service - is pretty good and offers discounts on a variety of services. The app however is terrible and doesn't respect basic android permissions and sends push notifications even if you disable in the settings. When we purchase any offers it says there is an issue and confirms only after some hours. To get vouchers on WhatsApp (new feature) you first have to send an OTP which clearly states "do not share with anyone" 🤦‍♂️ In general their IT systems are very very bad.
