Very poor design. Phone distraction feature dosnt take into account passengers useing your device for sat navigation or takeing calls for you etc while driving. Programmers are unable to allow the app to run when your device is running battery optimization. And when asked they said its due to GPS not running yet every other GPS app I have works 100% The low insurance price is not worth the struggle with this app

App is absolute trash and not worth the slightly cheaper insurance. If I'd known about how bad it was beforehand i would have chosen a different insurer... And definitely won't be renewing. Extremely temperamental, doesn't seem to be recording most trips, doesn't allow your phone to be used at all, even by a passenger, or pressing the 'recenter' button on Google maps. Also having a 'streak' for hard braking is irresponsible and should be removed, sometimes it's essential.

Says low battery and fails to record location/telematics even when on full battery and plugged in. Although I haven't had this issue because it fails to record my data (the tag is correctly fitted and paired) I find it very innapropriate that an insurance policy controls and monitors our phones, I agree phones shouldn't be used while driving but I would be penalised for my mate using my phone to queue music, adjust navigation or text/call on my behalf, I believe this is unfair.

Literally infuriating. Maddening. Terrifyingly bad. Amateur-level software written without users in mind. I can't describe a worse user experience. I am constantly asked every 2mins to enable network location. It's a joke. It is on.

Not terrible overall, but has plenty of issues. For example sometimes it decides to just not record a trip. Also, notes you down for 'hard breaking' which is difficult to avoid when you have to break hard?

Flat out doesn't work, it's recorded half of one journey out of about 20 I've taken in the past week. This is absolute garbage in it's current state.
