I only use it to get notified on what bins to put out. I don't use the other features but it's a good app, I'm glad it exists.

A small change would help me to love this app. Just a change in the
sentence structure in the waste bin collection notifications. A
notification is sent saying "On Tuesday 3rd July we will be collecting the
following water containers: blue recycling bins, food ..." Yet the message
is truncated to "On Tuesday 3rd July we will be collecting..." Meaning you
have to open the app for the notification to inform you of what is said.
Imagine the notification was " Blue Recycling and food waste bins Will be
collected 3rd July" then when it's truncated the important info is there.
Or perhaps some kind of emoji could indicate the bins at the start of the
message. 🔵♻️+🍗🗑️

We need to be able to report other problems suchs as bad asphalt, broken lamppost... also to be able to see other info like what is acceptable as recycle bin

For the love of... Change the damn notifications already. "Blue and brown
bins tomorrow" that's really all you need

This could be a good app, but for some reason it now doesn't send notifications for refuse and recycling bin collections. Reinstate the notification emails and this would become a good application which I would be glad to upgrade to 5 stars. Huawei P9

Update: number of updates but still not addressing basic functionality issues. Notification still useless and still takes you to app homepage instead of what it is notifying you about. The notification is so truncated it doesn't actually tell you which bin to put out. If you tap on the link it takes you to the homepage, so is pretty much useless.
