Just use the website. I can't even sign in using the app. Repeatedly tried hitting enter to sign in but just said try again. I even capitalized the first letter of my email address since that's how it appears on my website info, but it's no use. Downloaded the app to get 15 reward points for signing in and to have quick acess to my account but turned out to be a waste of space and time. They also won't allow me to finish my profile info on site so I can't get those reward points either. Sucks👎

Beware ordering ANYTHING from this company! I placed an online order and made it large enough to get free shipping. They sent a wrong item. When I contacted customer support they wanted me to pay to return it for THEIR SCREWUP and would not send the correct item. It was not a cheap item they didn't send me either. Buyer beware from this company. Customer support SUCKS!!!!

I think this Claire's shop app doesn't work at all but this app mostly does crashing a lot when you want to Login and signing in or putting your favourite items in your wish list it does go through in your wish list but still this Claire's app shop goes wrong it says try again when you browseing in your favorite in wish list it still saysing try again over and over again may not put this app on any phones at all never because this Claire's will not work at all to all of you please becarefulwhen.

I love this store! I have been a Claire's fan since I was 13 years old. As a woman in her 30s, I still buy their necklaces! As well as on ICING which is like a sister site of Claire's! Love the jewelry at this store, especially their necklaces. 🤩
