义工旅行
刺猬国际志愿者项目涵盖环境保护、贫困支教、社区帮扶、非物质文化遗产保护等多项有意义活动，每年5000多名志愿者已经因为刺猬而出发到世界各地进行公益实践。
列如：摩洛哥看撒哈拉沙漠，非洲动物保护，巴厘岛海龟保护。与不同国家文化的碰撞。最终还会获得当地志愿者组织颁发的国际志愿者证书，证书会标明工作内容和工作时间，可丰富个人简历、申请学校或工作时加分。

环球游学
刺猬的环球研学项目通过提供全球顶尖企业及高校的实习与交流机会，帮助中国大学生在各个方面认识差距，提升职业及升学竞争力，并在和国外青年的文化交流中受到浸染，开启和而不同的国际化视野。

同时，刺猬在研学过程中，特别配备了专业、优秀的企业家领队，寓教于游，在亲切平等的交流中，引导同学们不断思考人生、职业与个人发展，并从多个视角认知世界。

已覆盖北美、欧洲、澳洲以及亚洲等十一个先进国家，已有超过2000名大中学生通过刺猬环球游学开启自己的未来职业之旅探索。
