Item images are blurry, can't read the ingredients or packaging, & the descriptions often lack details like ingredients & nutrition. My shopping list says I have 118 items, but none are listed when I go to look. So many items are 'out of stock' even when I'm in the store standing next to 20 of them. Search doesn't remember the last item so need to type it again, & god-forbid if accidentally clicking back because you'll never find the previous page again. App needs a serious overhaul! It sucks!

For pick-up orders, final receipt comes via app, and when you get cheated, you don’t find out until later when you see the receipt. Example, you select a coupon to buy a product and get something else free, but you get charged for the "free" item. We take care to make sure the "free" item selected is correct. You can request a refund, but you don’t have a place to explain why. Of course you can call the 800# and wait on hold!!!! Four+ stars since most orders are correct.

First, let's start with the fact that this app is bloated & huge. Literally the largest app I've downloaded at 117MB. What in the WORLD? Next, why do I need your useless app for a digital coupon when I ALREADY have your freaking LOYALTY card tied to my phone and/or email? A loyalty card AND a forced, bloated, worthless app does NOT make me loyal. To make things worse, scanning the digital coupon did NOT find a coupon in the app. SEARCHING for the product did NOT find the coupon in the app.

I don't seem to have the troubles others have but that maybe because our store doesn't do pick up and I don't use the shipping option. I use it for my shopping list and for the digital coupons. I have noticed lately that not all the items in my list don't show that they have coupons when they do. I really miss the scan bag and go feature. Other stores have it and it works well I don't know why Kroger hasn't added this to their app yet.

I've shopped at city market 24 rd grand junction colorado for over 10 years. Just started doing the pick up option. So disappointed that when I'm placing my order on the app, half the items I need are unavailable! Called the store and asked produce if they are out of the item I'm looking for and they we have plenty!! Why does it say item unavailable!?!? Now I've wasted 40 min of my time ordering on line and now HAVE to go in and shop. Very frustrating and the customer service has gone down hill.

Recently upgraded my phone and some functions are working better, don't know why that would affect it. I do wish that, in coupons, we can sort or filter by organics. One frustrating thing is that my store does not carry a lot of items that I can download coupons for. As just an example, my store does not have any alcoholic beverages. These items should be filtered out per store so that I don't waste my time looking for them.
