Perhaps this app would be okay during the intermission, before, and after the show. Otherwise, it is a huge distraction during the show. It also does very little. Basically, it changes the screen image, and you can flash certain colour lights to the audience at the other side. Interesting idea. I think Taylor Swift or some other artists gave everyone a wrist band that would light up. That would probably have worked much better for this show as well.

It really shows the SAP designed this app. Worst Ui and seat register implementation ever! Content in app was not worth the effort and all the people on their phone with their screens lit up were distracting from the show and hurting my eyes in the dark environment.

Useless app as I can't 'check in' with my seat number. Slow download at the event. Would have been better to be told about it when buying tickets to pre install before the show. Too many permissions required. Why do you need access to my photos/files, Bluetooth and contact info?

Watched the Edmonton show on Christmas Day. The app worked great and it was actually good that there were a lot of other people that participated with the app during the show. Some notifications are a bit slow but otherwise worked as I expected it to.

What a waste of time. Problems logging in, only allows VIP log in. Half way through and still no notifications. Was so excited, has put a damper on my night. 😥😥😥

Good concept. No notifications the first half of the show, but the second half they worked. Was a tad distracting to get out, but would have been cooler to see more people using it
