The app does what it needs to do. I like the fact you can have your ticket on the app. The user interface could be improved. I'd like to have my Cineworld card available on the app so I don't have to carry it.

I need to change this review. I tried to be positive, but the constant need to log in every time I make a booking is incredibly frustrating...although not as frustrating as the reply Cineworld gives asking to login at the start. Newsflash, we all have...accept that the app has a bug and needs sorted. As soon as you sort it, I will of course change the review to be more positive. But for just now, it's a poor app that needs some work.

This app does its job, but only just. Why can't it remember who I am? Update in June says it fixed the "need to log in every time" but that simply isn't true. *Edit* Have just read other reviews and responses and see that it turns out it is possible to have the thing remember you, but it's not exactly obvious and they really should make it clearer. *End of edit* Should also offer the ability to check what seats are available without going through the whole process... sometimes you just want to check which showings are busy before you go to the trouble of booking.

No issues with the app overall. Have been using it for years BUT they really do need to build the feature to simply cancel an e-ticket for Unlimited members. I've needed to do this countless times. It would free up the seat for someone else and leaves me free to book another film around the same statt time if I want to without having to physical line up at the kiosk for them to cancel it. It'd be a better service all round. Also, staying logged in USED to be possible. Bring it back please!

Works well to find movie times but booking is a pain. Even though I'm logged in when opening the app it asks me to login every time I try to book anything. When you enter your login details you then have to complete an image captcha every time as well. It becomes very tedious and for that reason I just don't bother using it anymore. Shame, as I think the app could be good if they sorted out this problem.

Easy to use app when I'm on the go. My local cinema is selected as favorite and thus comes up automatically without having to search. The only thing that would help massively (hence the 4*) is to have the option to cancel a booking by the click of a button. Often my bus got stuck and I was late for the movie, with no possibility to make a change. I would love to be able to cancel the one pre-booked instantly, even at short notice, and choose a movie that starts a bit later.
