EDIT: Error everytime I try to load money. So now i just have money stuck in the app, but not enough to pay for a meal.// The app is a good idea, but please get your updates right. I've been to retailers on the list that tell me they no longer work with Cinch. And the one place I frequent most is still with Cinch, but not on the list. So now I just have money sitting in my account and can't use it at the one place i want to due to a glitch.

They were circulating flyers that said 50% off if you sign up with no caveats but when you go to the app it says max $20. Then they have a problem with Amex. I got a charge on my Amex per Samsung Pay, and when I went to confirm it on cinch it said that it was unable there is a transaction in process. The rep told me I had the wrong zip, even though the preauth went through to my card, so I put in my other address and it was flat out rejected. I paid old school & forfeited the $20 useless

The update fixed the sign in issues. Now I'm saving money at the stores in my neighborhood and supporting charity. You probably want to find the store in the app before you get to the front of the line, it can take a minute.

Awesome concept! Great money-saving legit app! Use it all the time! Does have some glitches from time to time and erroneous promo codes sent by email that dont work but customer service is always on top of resolving the issues very quickly.

Can't sign up. "Number couldn't be validated“. It looks like common problem. Is one star but due to my experience it should be zero.

App looked really good on the ad. Tried to join using email, facebook and google. Everytime it said that my number could not be validated.
