And just like that I can't save maintenance records again. What are you guys doing? Once this car goes away I'm done with chrysler. If you can't make an app that works, and respond to your customers, than I can't imagine how the cars are being made

Not sure I need this app. What is the difference between this app and Mopar Owners Companion app?

I did not have any problems with the App itself, but it is very minimal with what you can do in the App. I mainly dowloaded it to keep track of maintenance but there is no section to log repairs already done. Its all affiliated with dealerships and I don't always go to dealerships for repairs or service. Great idea for an App like this but not very much thought was put into it. Was excited, now disappointed.

The app I installed in September 2018 was spotty at best. I was unable to remotely start the car on many occasions and other functions were very slow even when they did work. I notice today that the ap has been updated so I uninstalled and reinstalled. I was able to remotely start the vehicle with little delay. I am rating this 3 stars until I see whether the quick response continues. If the app remains satisfactory, I'll update the rating accordingly.
