Waiting time for a couple of groceries 3 days...

super bad experience. i installed the app and selected the bank transfer method for payment. it always crashes half way and need to repeat. tried many times and didnt work till today. they CS ask me to make the order via website. different issue now. i selected the bank transfer method and no deduction from my acc and the delivery guy at my door asking for cash. lucky inhad cash in hand if not? fix these problems please. thanks.

Great app, good choice of stories and products. Good customer service. Only gripe is the delivery window is too large - surely we can refine it down from 4 hours? Means I can only use the app if I know I'm gonna be home all morning/ afternoon. Fix this for 5 stars

They did have a good service now the selection of the products is not good, they lost the quality, also the data base is not to date so you will find to have replacements almost all the time.

Very useful app for food delivery but I'm trying to order groceries for the first time and keep getting a "Retry" notification when I want to confirm my order to only be delivered in the next 24 hours. I have the app on a Huawei P30 Pro.

The service that this app provides has fallen considerably due to lack of staff. I waited 48 hours for groceries, and still received messages saying the delivery would be delayed further. Don't use
