Explain why there are ads in an app that is only for people who participate
in the choice network? Explain also why it let's me set my phone number and
then ALL alerts on the page that tells me data rates may apply or ONLY
delivered using email. NOT A SINGLE ALERT IS DELIVERED USING TEXT SO WHY
GIVE US THE OPTION TO ENTER OUR PHONE NUMBERS?? I use this for both transit
and healthcare FSA, yet the only transactions you can see are for
healthcare, NONE are displayed for transit. Why? What's the point of having
a separate section for transit if all I can see is the total balance? The
logic in this app is very bizarre. Make is consistent and don't ask for a
phone number if NO TEXT ALERTS ARE AVAILABLE. Oh yeah, don't have a contact
us section of its nothing more than a phone number or telling me to contact
my admin. It's a weekend, you're closed. This is a FSA card, how about
someone to contact if I have an emergency??

Easy but the only thing that needs improvement is that my account number when submitting a claim has a letter in it and I can't put the letter in. It should have an option for letters too. Otherwise great app.

I love this app! It's extremely easy to snap a picture of your EOB and bill, and then submit. It's so easy to see if your payment cleared with the provider. I'm happy and satisfied. Thank you!
