UDOM ALLSTARS is a social organized group of THE UNIVERSITY OF DODOMA students whereas the students who participate in this group are mostly volunteers. Their involvement in different activities of the organization is completely voluntarily and that is the running spirit of the organization. The organization aims at educating THE UNIVERSITY OF DODOMA COMMUNITY and DODOMA MUNICIPAL using their individual talents such as MUSIC, ACTING, and other genres of art.

1.2 DESCRIPTION OF UDOM FINEST AWARDS EVENT

UDOM FINEST AWARDS EVENT is a social event with the aim of appreciating the efforts made by the various university students specifically in UDOM or who have studied in UDOM (ALUMNI) and encouraging them to keep up the good work and inspire them to be more creative, while holding the UNIVERSITY OF DODOMA’S flag high up in the sky. These awards are considered as motivations to help and to keep the students focus on being creative in and out of the university which will benefit the students to self-employment even after they graduate.
The awards are to be provided to the students of University of Dodoma, and these are the winners from different categories which was proposed and being nominated by students themselves, the method used was through mobile recommendation system whereby the preparation team created WhatsApp group and displayed recommended categories and later displayed most nominated nominees under proposed number which was limited to four in each category then to be vote under the similar system to get winners.
There are difference events happened at UDOM throughout the year of studies which supporting this awards in deed, like competition, various creation and designing and others just to mention few. This events is blessed and given permission by the School management as well and Student Organization UDOSO which are the main supporters in accordance with this upcoming occasion.
The main reason that the event was introduced is the need of motivation and encouragement to the university students due to all the hard work they put in their personal and career development as well. Most of the students put in much effort on various productive ideas while they struggle in getting good results at the end of the semester and the year they still do not forget who they are. But most of them go unnoticed making them feel discouraged in one way or another hence their creativity and inventions fade away as days go on. Some of them have been good leaders, innovators, musicians and so on but once done with university their career ends there thus making them employment hustlers like everyone else hence adding up the larger population of unemployed people. What this event does is:


 To remind the alumni that their efforts are always noticed and they will not be forgotten as long as THE UNIVERSITY OF DODOMA lives
 To motivate the students to remember that they are here to live their careers not only studying and hoping to be employed after then.
 To motivate the students to be creative and to be innovative with all the small resources they have, they are still able to do something for the society, for themselves and for THE UNIVERSITY OF DODOMA at large.
 To generate the spirit of hard work, cooperation, creativity and innovation among students thus will help them to adopt and accept that they are the change makers of the university, their own society and themselves too.
