I've noticed a lot of bad reviews on different things, including this app. People complain that it doesn't work or it is difficult. I think they don't take account human error or other issues, like their device and everything they have on it already. The app was so easy to use and set up. I did it at the store to get a free energy drink. I also got the free extra item for signing app. I had no issues what so ever

App is basically a waste of phone space as all chevron locations have an extra mile. You need to sign up for both extra mile and chevron rewards but the rewards are different. More reasons not to shop here.

I use to like this app. But for the last 2 weeks I have been unable to because the location closes to me has been claiming that the rewards program isn't working. So now it's become just a useless app taking up space on my phone

I think it's super stupid that you're not combining Chevron extra mile rewards with the Chevron rewards I have to pick and choose which one I want to use but it should just be combined cuz it's both Chevron I think that's absolutely asinine

App was distorted and made it difficult to understand. Hard to read when signing up. Asks for to much information about yourself except for alcohol or cigarettes. App doesn't open properly. Doesn't load up quickly enough. So 1 star but i will not be using this app just to save $2.00 bucks on smokes when I have the Marlboro coupons app to use. Sorry. Fix all the bugs in your app.

I signed up and got an email saying it would get a free extra reward for signing up After initial signup it wouldn't log me in so i had to change my password. Then it showed my extra choices i got for signing up. When i went to a chevron and tried to redeem my extra reward, by typing in my phone number, the cashier said nothing popped up on his screen, so i tried again, but this time the screen was showing my reward was gone even though i didn't get it. So cashier canceled my order and i didn't receive any rewards that were promised for signing up. Seems like a scam to me to get people to sign up and spend money, and not be able to actually redeem their rewards
