The interactive mode is limited to 20 minutes, which defeats the entire reason I bought it. I wanna leave it on for a few hours while I'm out at work. Why is it limited to 20 minutes? Who knows, seems like a stupid mistake by whoever made the app. There's no reason it should be that way.

Really disappointed.. was hoping I could leave it on while I was at work to entertain the dogs but no.. plus I can only set it for 20mins and all it does is move back and forwards.. should of gotten the ball.. what a waste of money.. that much and that's all it does..

The only problem I've had was getting to the charging port. I found the bone but it looks like there is a round plug that comes out. This is not the case. After watching a video on the website, I was able to see that it is only the bone that comes out. My Papillon pup Jack and I are enjoying the wickedbone and getting familiar with it.

Tried for hours to get it to connect to my device, looking to see if there was something I am missing. Looking online to see if others had this issue. Apparently several people can not get it to connect. I'm worried about their customer service now after reading some of these comments. The website and app are very poor. I don't think anything has been updated in over a year. So if you have a new phone like me Note10+ itwont work. They list old phone on their website like the Note4, seriously?

So far i haven't used the toy yet but just responding to the asshats who are giving low ratings for app permissions is dumb. You can change permissions. After it's installed & set up you can go in & change the permissions so they don't have your contacts. GPS IS REQUIRED to run it duh! Do your research. For the person who can't find the plug, read the instructions. I found it without even reading it. There's a little white rubber bone in the middle of the bone you just remove it & charge it.

1. It seems to me that they have fixed their permissions. If you really think about it, it needs your location for the joystick to tell you where it is. It also might need your storage access to download the AI since the wickedbone needs to understand taps on the wheels then they need somewhere to store that data. 2. If your dog is able to catch up to the dog toy, then tell the dog to lay it down. 3. If you are still worried about permissions, then why do you have apps on your phone?
