I appreciate the ease of use and having access to tickets before Smithtix or other nearby ticket sellers. It's pretty nice to be able to get inexpensive event tickets. They did give me the wrong tickets on one occasion, and I had to play phone tag with customer service to get my tickets. But they did it quickly and had my tickets ready in the end, so it was fine with me.

Props on low-cost event tickets. I bought tickets to the Cowboys vs. Ravens game when they first went on sale, and I purchased ticket insurance. This happened in early May. I just updated on the tickets and found that I had earned an instant refund credit. There will be no additional ways or hurdles to step over. Only a basic credit. Props on low-cost event tickets.
