Currently if any information is needed for any product and service people enquire on helpline numbers  and Indians are used to it. Due to smartphone penetration and chat-application addiction preferred mode of communication is chat rather than phone call.

1. No written proof sometimes vendor may change what they say.
2. Making notes on discussion had with vendor
3. Many vendor don’t answer call as they are busy in meetings. Chat allows them to reply at their own will
4. Calls are sometimes not reachable, voice clarity issues, network issue.

Chat on Go app is available for Mumbai for the first as we are located in Mumbai, and later on we may expand in entire India.
