I am wondering why Chargefox chose Forest Glen as a site? First, the locals in their 4WDs resent having three parking spaces taken so they give you the evil eye. It is on the wrong side of an incredibly busy road, if to want to have a coffee. The probability of being run over is very high. I couldn't think of a worse place to put a charging station.

Very quick and easy to use. Only thing is maybe make the stop charging button smaller as I stopped the charge by mistake once

Make sure you preload this app. It was quite slow/ dataheavy to download and took a few tries. I've used it successfully three times, but on the fourth run there was a glitch between the app and the charging station that saw neither app nor station provide a 'finished charging' signal/ message, creating some confusion and adding a fair chuck of time to my trip. Chargefox staff have been great.

Well laid out clear and easy to understand. A more professional experience great for the inexperienced ev owner. I have found Chargefox take note of user experiences and can make changes to the app fairly rapidly. The early version was ordinary but they have adapted quickly. Their installation of Aussie Tritium chargers should be commended. The call center is knowledgeable and can remotely operate the charger for you. Professional team willing to help and friendly to talk to.

Doesn't seem to support NFC. If internet is down you cant use this off-line preventing usage. Should be just able to use NFC to unlock connector/charger regardless of online state. Often the app loses the profile information requiring user name and Password again. Recently the app has been opening into the "Filters" selection and it is impossible to get out rendering the app completely bricked. Can only remove and reinstall fixes problem.
