Experience getting from bad to worse. When first purchase it, everything was awesome. Right now, it is down right horrible. No internet connection issue keep popping up. When that issue is resolved, another appears: it just shut down and go into 'screen saver' mode and fireworks keep appearing

Can't connect to internet. You would have to restart the device after every few songs played as it will prompt "No Internet connection" even you click on retry, it just won't connect until you restart it, and repeating. Can't resolve even have sent email and messenger to support.

Connection between phone and TV using party code is a hassle. The status is always disconnected even after I keyed in the party code. It will only connect after trying for 20 over times. Not only that, I'm also facing "popsical isn't responding" popup every now and then.

Some songs do not have vocal completely muted and some are not even the karaoke ver. Limited iu songs and some names are vv messy as some in chinese, korean and english. Other than that its pretty nice and easy to use

The app interface is slow and laggy now. Going into the chosen song list took longer than before. Could be another glitch. Developer to take note, pls.

Paid monthly subscription but rarely use, unable to sign in when want to use because popsical keep changing software, now even added a new TV code entry which my old popsical remote control and popsical machine unable to control.
