Pathetic. No option to add your address where it will be delivered. You place an order & they never call you back to confirm. When you call them, they say oh we forgot to call you. You select "Pay with Card" option but they can't accept because they have only 1 POS for walkin customers. And "assuming" that I'll only pay with card they'll cancel the order. Amd when you place another order selecting "Cash" they don't deliver too far (Cantt/Askari XI). They need to learn how to operate online.

i ordered through ur app at 2:45, received call at 3:45 that i have to manage my order 1000 other it wont be generated, after this i received call from sachi chaki at 4:15 telling me they dont have some things & would i like to change it, after changing the items clearing the bill for 1000 i waited for my order to be delivered at 6pm i called the number they said its already with delivery guy you will get it within 5 mins and now im calling non stop still havent received the order. worst service

Non user friendly UI, no customer support and you never know what's going on with your order and when you will receive it.

Nice App but details not taken care of. Like in card payment mode, they forgets to send machine. Otherwise no problem
