Very bad system & customer service!my online booking completed, money has been deducted but there is no ticket code, calling 2 times and CGV blaimed it to the payment company, checked again with payment company and it turns out that the issue was due to CGV system mistake. Had to wait half month to get my money back, miss my movie and waste 3 times to call and made them to admit their mistake. This is nut!

1. I cant change password when forgetting it. Mail come to my email but when I click on this. No thing is happen. 2. register by facebook need require user input information in form again? login by facebook doesn't have on this app. Take my time and make me frustrated with this app. No professional on their business.

Impossible to seat 4 people in the same row at the smaller theaters, of which there are more of, because there are only 5 seats in a row and some genius hardcoded the app to discourage leaving a single seat open.
