This app is great! If you want to ruin an expensive cut of meat!!! Timers didn't work and even if you follow the directions to a tee you will over cook your roast to the consistency of shoe leather! Thanks Roast Perfect!!!

Timer is useless. For example says sear 15 minutes but start timer and it starts countdown at 59 seconds. Tried everything and cannot get accurate timer.
