This is simply the best app i have come across that tries to bring the scriptures to their true stature. However i have an issue with this app. When i exit the app and open it at a later stage, it takes me back to the main menu which is boring. Can u try to program it so that it goes back to my last page i was reading. Can you also add the highlighting of verses for references. Otherwise all in all its a good app. Keep it up guys👏🏼👏🏼.

I have been wanting to review this especially Genesis chapter 11. Was glad I was able to at least look at the translations that we're done here. Was sad to see that the Masoretic text was used for the lineage and timeline. There were so many changes done to the Maseoratic texts over a thousand years and it can be seen this in bretons Septuagint and in the works of Josephus. I will continue to review this, however, but was hoping for a deeper correction in some of the scriptures. Thanks

Its sometimes slow but it really helps me learn the names of the holy people in the bible and the real names of them so I am very grateful for the creators of this app and the app itself.

Seems great but when I go to Books or Read, it's blank. Not sure if this is an app error or a loading issue.

This is the best free app that you'll find which attempts to accurately translate the word. I can't believe the negative comments about this translation... Most English translations have REMOVED "The Father's Holy Name" from almost 7,000 places and used the pagan title Lord (it means Baal in English) then changed the Son's true name to the man-made (up) name Jesus. However, I also don't agree with the Son's name translated in The Cepher. I believe it's Yahshua, but The Cepher still gets 5 stars.

With my other Bible apps, I can copy, highlight and I have the option of audio. This Bible version is great, but the functionality of the app is lacking. I would buy the full version but I'm not too sure.

About this app

The Eth Cepher Abridged Edition is a robust application of our comprehensive restoration of sacred scripture in the English language, which has been reduced to the number of books (66) found in the traditional bibles of the twentieth century. This free download includes our search engine function also found in the paid app, and links the 3100 transliterated terms found in the Eth Cepher to a quick definition and pronunciation guide. Should you download the complete version of the Eth Cepher, you will enjoy all 87 books, including Chanok, Yovheliym, Yashar, 2 Baruk, and others, together with our notetaking, highlighting, and copying function, and our unique Lexicon, also incorporated into the App.

The Hebrew word eth (את) means divine, and the Hebrew word cepher (ספר) means book, scroll, letter or writing. Hence, the את CEPHER is the “Divine Book”. This collection of sacred scripture restores much of what has been removed and/or incorrectly interpreted in the Bible for centuries!

• Sets forth a translation, rather than a substitution of the names of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• Transliterates over 3,100 other Hebrew names and places without substitution.
• Omitted in other translations, the את has been restored over 10,000 times.
• Corrects the errors (for the first time) in Shiyr HaShiriym (Song of Solomon), Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 14, Zakaryahu (Zechariah) 5, Mattithyahu (Matthew) 23, and corrects several other notorious errors found in virtually all previous English translations.
• Restores the 29th chapter of the Acts of the Apostles chronicling Paul’s journey to Spain.

The Cepher App allows you to easily search the scriptures by keyword, book, chapter or verse and includes:

• The Daily Hebrew Prayer.
• Links to our Weekly Torah Portion, Dr. Stephen Pidgeon’s blog, articles and other free downloads available our website.
