It's helpful, but honestly it's a waste of money to pay for the subscription. At least for massage therapist you can see your credits on the AMTA. I'm sure something like that exists for each field. Also I got the app multiple times and it's always failed to launch, so I end up using the web browser anyway.

Hard to navigate. Had to call for assistance to upload certificates, but was put on hold. Sent email for assistance, and received immediate feedback. Did exactly as I was instructed and received message that action was denied. Sent another email, and was told to try to upload certificate on website if experiencing problems with app.

This app is worthless. Repeatedly tried to sign in, unsuccessfully. Keep getting message that user or password "invalid". Sent message to customer service. Await reply. Very unhappy here!😡🤬👎👎 Update 24 hours later: customer service contacted me promptly and issue resolved (so far anyway) after I RESET my password (using my old password!). Will see how long this lasts.🤞🙏

Original Review from 8/30/2021: The app won't even recognize my login. I have no problems logging in online. This app was unfortunately useless. Please fix the app. 12/9/2023: No Change. Very disappointing. Still can't even login to the app but have no issues with the website.

App does not work nowl every time I try to open, it says there was an error try again. I have Concierge service per my account; however, the function in the app to self report by listing and taking photos of your CEU Certificates no longer works. When I called to ask why, I was told I have to email it to them. Not supposed to need that w/concierge. App never matches what is on the site. Support had no clue and I had uninstalled,/reinstalled to force update. Now ERROR to log into app. Android10

What good is an APP if it don't work. I have tried for an hour to upload CE units and all I get is error please try again or call support. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it isn't working. I would rather use computer at this time! This is suppose to be an easy way to keep up with hours; however, this is not easy for me. I read other reviews on this APP and apparently I'm not the only one with this issue.
