Ever since I had a bad experience with an employee for a delivery order, I can now no longer use my points when I order on the app. Even after the change in the rewards program, it still doesn't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no change. Not going to order anything until it's fixed.

This app is horrible. A) can't use loyalty rewards. B) can't even do a normal transaction because it declines my card due to not verifying my zip code (bank confirmed the reason it was declined). What's the point of having this app if it serves no purpose? Also tried talking to tech support about it before and they are clueless. Have you tried using your own product? That would probably be a good start.

Great food and staff but terrible app, it never works for me. I cant redeem my rewards points!!!

It would be helpful to state your app only works for limited location in GA. It does not include SC locations. Their pizzas are good, but you can't order different toppings on each half - they'll charge you for 2 toppings.

app is ok for ordering but you cant redeem your points at check out because the redeem button disappears when the page loads and the store location says the points can only be redeemed on the app and not in store.

I'm having a problem redeeming my loyalty points, the redeem button disappears when I get ready to pay. What is the point of having the points if I can't redeem them. I also called the downtown location and was told I could not use the loyalty card on the app if I came in. So I can't get the card scanned and the button disappears.
