I'm genuinely happy with this app. It's essentially radar for your kids bus. It's a little slow updating, I mean the ping rate could be higher and when unassigned busses are used as a substitute there's no tracking. Having said that for it's 1st year up it's a good app.

Best app ever!!. For the the first time in 20 years of dealing with transportation issues (late bus, no bus, missing children, I could go on...)today we knew exactly when and where the bus was. Thank you CCSD for finally listening to the parents. I know there will still be glitches, but you have come a long way. Thank you again!!

It's pretty nice, could be fantastic if it worked properly. Needs a refresh button, needs to sync more often, and for the love of God teach sub drivers how to use it. I mean it has the route with all stops right there on the map but some of the drivers go past your child's stop 4 freaking times. Few more tweaks and get ALL drivers to use it correctly and it will be an easy 5 star app.

I would give it zero stars but I need to leave this review. I created my acct and verified it but when I go to log in it says invalid information. tried to do 'forgot password' but the app just closes. I created a second acct hoping it would work but it did the same exact thing. what's the point if we can't even log in after downloading it. I was looking forward to using the app and now I'm very disappointed. please fix the issue

My daughter was already put in the system this morning but this app refuses to show or add her in. When I called the ccsd number I was on hold for 30mins!!! They are Terribly lazy. Also, my daughter takes the bus home and that bus driver has not asked her anything? Just let's her get on. Yet mornings have been hell and no one knows any information at all. Everyone is just lost in the clouds..

My kid missed the bus several times using the app. One moment it had a few minutes until it gets to the stop next time I looked it's already there. The bus driver is mostly too early than the posted time.
