For Parents, MAX provides a real-time link to their child’s day.
• Schedule Updates – with just a click Parents can report a child absent, a late arrival or early pick-up or even schedule future events on the schedule such as vacations.
• Teacher Updates – Parents can keep Teachers informed of the last meal time, diaper change or a new preference with the information immediately available to the Teacher
• Parent Updates – Teachers keep Parents aware throughout the day of Classroom activities including photos, making a Parent more involved in their child’s progress.
• Daily Contact Sheets – Teachers update the Daily Contact Sheet in real-time & Parents can access the information any time via MAX. An alert is sent when the final update for the day is complete.
• Record Updates – MAX allows Parents to update their contact information, additional pick-ups, child preferences and other basic data in real-time with alerts to Center management that new data is available.
• Parent Alerts -Parents set their own preferred communication channel – MAX alerts or email – by update type. Alerts can be set to confirm the child check-in and check-out, last diaper change or bottle, recommended Immunization due dates or expiring Medication Authorizations.
For Directors, MAX provides a real-time Dashboard with key metrics, compliance oversight, Classroom communications and other alerts to allow them to efficiently manage operations.
• Compliance Monitoring – Real-time oversight of Teacher:Student Ratios with alerts for over-staffing and management of Teacher check-in/check-out that prevents a Teacher from leaving a room out of compliance.
• Classroom Communications – Immediate alerts for break requests, medical or other emergencies and updates on activities in the Classroom.
• Reports – Efficiency and financial reports provide insight in where to allocate Teachers and other staff resources to maximize productivity and enhance interaction with the children.
• Reservations Management – The Reservations program manages the life cycle of the child’s planned time at the Center including transition between rooms and Before & After School programs. Alerts for early moves allow quick analysis of where capacity can be managed. Confirming capacity for an new child can be assessed in less than 60 seconds.
For Teachers, MAX provides easy access for updating activities, generating lesson plans, communicating with Parents and staying current with all information for a Child.
• Daily Health Checks – Max’s interface ensures Health Checks are completed on-time with alerts and simple clicks. Updates to Directors allow intervention as needed to ensure completion.
• Daily Contact Sheets – Icons for the typical daily activities make it easy to quickly update for one child or for the whole class. Notes regarding preferences and other updates from Parents are viewable to the Teacher when they access the child’s record.
• Parent Communications – Teachers can update items on the Daily Contact Sheet if they need items brought in such as additional diapers or a more sunscreen. Additionally they can update the Parent immediately throughout the day of activities the child is participating in including photos.
• Lesson Planning – Using the standard Learning Domains, MAX provides a lesson plan template to make building out the curriculum for each week quick and easy. Alerts inform the Director when plans are ready for review and approval.
