This app was much better as CBS All Access! If it's not broken, don't fix it! It's been issue after issue since it became Paramount+. The latest issue is that I can no longer use the live tv feature! Countless emails for support have not solved the problem. I tried the chat feature foolishly thinking that would provide some help, WRONG! PISS POOR customer service, and this is because I'm a paying subscriber. I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears just like my attempts for help.

Just ok. Selection is shows is wonderful. However, unlike CBS All Access, there are commercials. I woud be fine with a few, but they feel too long and frequent. Not paying the extra cash for no ads. It's very glitchy and freezes often. There's no auto play to the next episode when watching a series. You can't navigate to a show's full episode guide from the "keep watching" category. If I wanted to jump around, I have to click it from My List.

After the newest update, they finally added the option to make your own list, too bad you can't even add as much as you want. Also, still no thumbs up or thumbs down for feedback on specific content. Video doesn't even work. I hear audio but still black screen. Had nothing to do with my tablet, or internet. I restarted both just to be sure, did all troubleshooting possible. Still doesn't work. Also, audio is messed up on some shows. This app has a long way to go in maintenance.

There are so many glitches with this app that they need to work on. It buffers horribly when every other app works fine. And if you try to pause a show and rewatch later forget it....it will just start the show from the beginning and make you watch all the commercials as you try to find where you left off. And subtitles....I have the setting to have them on but after every show it turns off and I have to turn back on. Just sucks!

My initial subscription of $4.99 a month was upgraded accidentally due to there being no confirmation button when clicking to upgrade plans. I then sent an email explaining my situation, with no response. I could not downgrade my account. I went with the next cheapest option which was $49.99 for a year. I'd accepted the fact that I wasn't going to hear back, only to find out that I had been charged $99.99 to my bank account. Don't screw yourself over like myself. Not worth it AT ALL.

I'm going to give this 4 stars..mostly because I haven't seen any problems yet and I have to say that the movie list is GREAT!! Many have complained about buffering problems so I guess we'll have to wait and see. I had to mirror this from my phone at first and that was terrible!! The screen was so small and I have difficulty seeing as it is, but I looked up the app on Xbox and once that was installed the screen is excellent so as far as it goes now..Im a happy camper. I've got the $9.99 plan.
