When it first launched, it was bad. It's still bad now. It doesn't respond to Next , Insert so gotta log out and log in again which is very troublesome. Gotta connect with the room Wi-Fi and switch off the mobile data so unable to access Internet during this time. Took 24% battery for 3.5hour so it's still ok for battery usage but can't charge at ktv.

The app doesn't respond most of the time, some of the titles are unreadable. The mic system just resets everytime so we have no idea what's the sound system like. It's just really thrash.

The problem with the rating system is that the lowest rating is 1. I wish I could do 0 because the app is trash. We rented a ktv room for 2 hours and an hour was troubleshooting the app so that we can actually play music. Trash app, trash ktv place.

Too lousy. Every button takes 5 seconds to load. Some buttons don't even work, makes music selection very difficult. Only works on certain phones. Remote will still be better.

This app is absolute thrash. Why they even bother is a mystery. Nobody ever choose to take a step backwards but here Cash studio did it. Well done!

Stupid app. SUPER SLOW. keep having to sign in cos the app keeps hanging. It's irritating. Will never download this app or visit cash studio again
