App no longer works! Did the update, it still didn't work. Uninstalled and then reinstalled, and it no longer works. Please fix this app! The items do not load no matter the speed of the internet connection, and no matter how optimized my phone's memory is. It just doesn't function any more!

App needs work. For the past two years the app always freezes on me or lags a lot. The people behind it need to fix this because I'll let you what us parents don't have time for stuff like that lol. Just saying. Make it user friendly and clean up whatever is going on behind the scenes. But other than the app not working well it's a good store to shop from.

Update to fix bugs? Joke! I can't even get into the app even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app - it still says it requires the update, well guess what I already updated it before thinking of uninstalling it and it gave the same issues. Many other times the app has just frozen, kicked me out or just wouldn't let me select things. The store/company itself is cool, clothes are great - the app is a joke.

The app does what it should though it won't use or allow my rewards I've earned.*** app fixed** But as far as the clothes please start making the shirts and shorts longer. I love this clothing line but their starting to join the trend of short shorts and tshirts that show the belly when they lift their arms. My Daughter looks like she's swimming in her shirts because I buy them a few sizes up so that she can lift her arms and or sit and not show off her body. Please make the clothes longer!

This app is by far one of the poorest working apps I've ever used. It is slow, unreliable, has poor user experience, and contains several bugs and glitches. I rarely leave reviews on apps, but I feel compelled to leave a review in hopes that Carter's actually chooses to invest in offering their loyal customers a superior product.

this app keeps closing, it happend right after i made my order and you would expect it to have the option to select what store you want to pick up after checking out but it doesn't my order is getting shipped to Georgia i live in California ( and i had the "Allow app to use your location setting on)
