3 star for now as I just purchased coverage yesterday and cant say yay or neigh about services & follow through. But I can say this app is an unbelievably generic format and little effort what put into designing it. It could atleast display customers proper factory vehicle package/options, color, and the package name & information. For example... display picture for me is a maroon 2009-2014 f150 XL crewcab.. cheapest basic use abuse truck. Mine loaded 2014 f150 FX4 3.5 crew black heavy haul.

This company LIES!! Don't believe them! We were customers for over a year, two claims and of course not covered even the mechanics were shocked it wasn't covered. Ask for the list of coverage (their fine print) TOTAL SCAM!!

If you're reading this, do not go to car shield! I have to take money outta my pocket every month and they don't even help fox my car, I call many times and they don't offer ANY help, like today, I was asked for a oil change and the lady on the phone saying they don't that and when I asked to speak to the manager she had the nerves to say I can't speak to the manager, don't waste a dime on cars shield and the app is just worst, it shuts down my phone and drains the battery! SMH

UNAVAILABLE! CAR SHIELD IS THE WORST I PAY AN ARM AND A LEG, AND TIMES ARE SO HARD FOR MONEY AND THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME OUT FOR MY CAR AND WHEN MY A.C. WENT OUT THEY DIDN'T HELP AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THEIR IS UNBELIEVABLE!
