This app doesn't deserve a single star. I downloaded thie app a month ago that time it was showing blank page 🤔, i thought it might be some network issues. But after a month i got notification regarding discount the again i opened but it asked for update, i updated immediately but it was same frustrating blank page 🤨. I don't know who #### created this app.

SPAM Beware of failed ticket as you will not be refunded till you claim. Paid Rs 300 for carnival select membership. no terms, no benefits, not refleted anything in app. Dont get cheated by Big brand. But app is a cartoon. you can see something but no reality. After using few weeks, says update available but never shows the option in play store An insult crown for Indian IT people for keeping this app in Google Play Store

A lot of improvement needs to do.. This app is not user friendly.. Get some ideas from other movie ticket booking applications and do some changes. Not some changes, do so many changes. Take this review seriously and upgrade this app.

This app does not work at all. Nor does the website. Ia m willing to pay Carnival Cinemas for movies as I like the theatres but the New Delhi location on website and app DOES NOT WORK at all. Such level of competence is unbelievable. For months there has been no improvements.

Useless App..while booking through icici bank buy one get one offer system shows failure on payment page after entering card details and then our offer gets wasted for the month..They are making fraud with icici customers..This app does not take payment at all and shows Failure

Wow.. Smooth and no glitch.. Now BYE BYE BOOKMYSHOW.. I have to book with BookMyShow and they suck. They always show transaction failed and then it refund my money but I lose my seats. It happens every time and it sucks.. They think they dominate market but no CARNIVAL is here to kick your ass out BookMyShow guys.
