Honestly the app needs working on and was such a turn off. The main thing is it lacks responsive design, many pages are still as if on a computer monitor rather than changed to fit a mobile screen. On top of that, it keeps asking for information that is already present like shipping address. Consequently can't check out. Thirdly, sellers on amazon and ebay that fit the criteria are somehow not shown when using the app. Only the idea of this is good

I used to be a supporter of this app, despite so many of its glitches. I used this app to order items so many times before, even recommending it to friends. Recently, I ordered some items (my bank account was debited) but I did not receive any receipts or progress emails, nor am I able to track it as usual.I have the confirmation screen and order number and tried calling as well as emailing their customer service, but to no avail. Be careful!

I used this app successfully twice in 2017 and once in March this year and it work well with a few minor glitches here and there, like items sometimes not being loaded to ur cart. However to my shock and dismay I bought some items in May and I have received zero communication from caribshopper, no confirmation email, no order update ...nothing. My card was charged and I have been trying to contact customer service via email and telephone to no avail. It's like they vanished into thin air.

I purschased two pairs of shoes with this company. I got one pair within 2 weeks but the other pair took a while. This was because they checked the size for me before shipping it and realized that the store I purchased from sent the wrong size. Caribshopper made sure to notify me of this in a timely manner and in the end I got my other pair shoes. What I want to point out though is the fact that they checked my order down to the size. This kind of service makes a nervous first timer feel comfortable.

I first use this company twice last year and was please. I made an order 3 wks ago..it awhile but I got it..they were hit by the storm so times from September may have been delayed. Once u place an order and they receive it, they check all details before sending them off. I also love there door to door delivery with DHL...They will get greater over time. I would recommend training the agents on Customer Service.

Lot of difficulty with the app. Contacted customer service, no response to solve the issue an entire week later. App kept going in a loop, rebooted it myself because i have tech experience. Finally got it to work and then three other issues happened. Not satisfied.
