App slow response and app defaulted birth date for 2019. If a user was born in 1967, that's mean the user have to scroll from 2019 to 1967 each time user login in. The app doesn't allow user to type in the user's birthday. Really bad design or program design. I hoped that it will keep accurate work time.

My first time using this app and I hate it like you can't out your birthdate in and move on this needs to be changed effective ASAP bc how are individuals suppose to clock in on time it's a defect in the app.

Forced to use by agency App is slow to load up, it's clunky to use, it showed other client data which is HIPPA violation, doesn't accurately keep track of hours. Worse part of all is when app updates we have to delete the cache/data THEN uninstall app THEN reinstall app to ensure it can communicate properly with agency. What app makes you do that?!?!? That is a program/coding flaw It's not my phone as I run Android 11 on a Samsung Galaxy s20 ultra

Does not accurately calculate time totals, and inaccurate week start dates, takes forever to load, waste of time but forced to use.

Horrible app, will not load up most times. I think it depends on what type of phone being used. My other phone no problems.
