This app is better than others I've used. Up until this last update it was alright. I love the check boxes; I just wish there were more options. A way to distinguish if we are doing night cares, day cares or lunch or supper would be nice. This last update really messed up where the clients sign. It went from moderately bad to horrible. Many clients have trouble with dexterity and can't sign in such a small space. Anyone would have trouble signing in that small of a space.

App works, not great with user interface. Not the greatest for user friendliness. With all the updates, you would think it would be a much better system. The payer website is beyond terrible, totally not user friendly AT ALL; especially for someone with unique abilities. There is no easy way to navigate it. This is for consumer directed care-the consumers are suffering with this

This app is terrible! There is no way to sort visits or see any scheduled visits any further than the next day. If you need to view previous visits you just have to keep scrolling and loading more over and over. Then if you need to manually enter times you have to start all over again scrolling back to the visit 5 pages down. There is also no way to view your current or previous hours. Among other extremely time consuming issues.

This app is horrific. Unable to edit clock in and out time manually, unable to check in or out if there is spotty service, many issues logging in to the app. Way to many other problems to list. Can't stand it but have to use it. SO FRUSTRATING.

This app has a good start. Still needs some fine tuning to be a tad more user friendly

About this app

CareBridge offers a patented Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) solution for personal care services, home health services, and health plan care managers. Originally launched in 2009, CareBridge has spent more than a decade refining our technology through multiple statewide rollouts. Our EVV solution includes four modalities (mobile app, beneficiary-based tablet, telephony/IVR, and fixed device) along with additional functionalities and customizations to support ease of use, efficient capture of real-time data, integration with additional data sources, and advanced real-time reporting and analytics. Our technology is fully compliant with the 21st Century Cures Act and also includes a large number of features and capabilities that go well beyond the minimal requirements of the 21st Century Cures Act.

CareBridge provides electronic access to caregiver schedules, allows caregivers to check in and check out for visits in real time, and enables caregiver documentation of care plans and observed changes in member conditions. The application functions regardless of whether the user has data access at the time of the visit. CareBridge collects time and location for the caregiver only explicitly upon check in and check out. No location or time data is polled by the application and CareBridge has no passive access to user information.
