Did a huge mistake, giving my car to do my service (to someone you dont know), for the past 5 years I service my car from the dealer itself, and after seeing the reviews I decided to go ahead with Carcility, the customer service was good initially. after servicing my car the next day, when I start the car it started giving a noise which was not there before the service, and I called the customer agent he said he will check with their team but never got back to me. Now I have to spend more money and time to go to the dealer and fix it. Waste of TIME and MONEY. Good lesson learned.

was a good experience overall, had to wait a while but was informed in advance by the manager about the time it will take, as i could not leave the car & go but it was worth the wait. very good service by the Garage & the app as well, had already recommended a friend while waiting in the Garage itself. Of course not to mention Good Value for money when discounted.

Keeps saying I must enter a valid phone number, when I did. Has a plus sign, and I think it was 971, preceding where you enter your phone number. Stupid!
