Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CARbon CARma on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. About this app

Create a Zero Emissions car by offsetting your current car's carbon emissions by tracking and offsetting your car's exact carbon emissions. Typical monthly offsets are less than $5/month!

Download the app and order a beacon to place in your car. After you fill out some vehicle information, the app will recognize the beacon that is associated with your car and track your vehicle's movements while calculating the carbon emissions produced by driving your car or truck. Completely offset these emissions by easily purchasing carbon credits right from your app!

What are carbon credits? These are 3rd party certified instruments related to projects that negate the carbon emissions. Examples are forestation projects that plant trees, or the construction of renewable energy projects like wind or solar.
