About this app

*** WHAT'S NEW
Kings Law Reports, by its unique style of rendering Index of Subject Matter and FACTS of each case, is an epitome of law reporting per excellence, not just a presentation of judgments. It is distinctive for engaging a search method, and rendering subject matter index in a manner that helps you find needed case law authority at a glance, without sweating. Thus, it is a first port of call material for quick finding of legal authority.

*** About this app
When you search for a needed subject, few relevant/useful results will be given to you only from the Comprehensive Index of subject matter of all the years. That is, the searched words are not picked from everywhere thereby creating stress and delay for you in finding your needed case law authority. Also, KLR subject Index is rendered as a direct statement of the law not as a question. E.g. Instead of … APPEALS - Retrial - Where trial court fails to make proper use of opportunity of seeing witnesses - Whether appellate court would order a retrial. KLR at early stage started rendering it thus: APPEALS - Retrial - Failure of trial Court to make proper use of opportunity of seeing witnesses - Appellate court will not ascribe credibility to such witnesses - But would order a retrial (H5) - This added “(H5)” as from 2001 and in all future publications, indicates that the Subject Index relates to the 5th Holding/Ratio, so you do not struggle to fish out which ratio/holding the subject index relates to. And the question, “whether”, is now answered at index level. You do not need to first read the case or ratio in order to know the answer therein which may not even meet your need, after eating up your time. Answer is known at once from the search results. As you click on the relevant searched out index, you get into the case/book. If you need an authority on a subject, just type any word or phrase you remember within that subject and it will be searched out, e.g. bail, cross examination, signature, boundaries, etc. The KLR EV is not a scroll but maintains a book format with page and paragraph references. There will be liberty to copy/paste in your work, and or print out the authority for hard copy use.

CONTENT/PACKAGE –
Former 1993 to date KLR hard copy, was an ALL SC/Novel CA product. But the present KLR Electronic Version (EV) is an All Law Reports material (All LR). While maintaining the hard copy content with a slight modification, the EV will incorporate gradually, 1956 – 1992 SC; selected relevant or locus clasicus decisions of Courts of Record such as HC, NIC, CCA, LPDC, SCA (Sharia Court of Appeal); ancient law reports' prime cases, such as WACA, EN/ECLR, WNLR, NNLR, etc., which will all start being included. They will be bearing their marks/citations (such as CA, HC, LPDC, WACA, ENLR, etc.), as not to be mixed up with SC cases, that bear no mark for being predominant.

An offline app, that enables one not to be cut off due to no networks or internet data is part of the package.

You will be receiving current monthly/yearly periodic online update upon yearly advance subscription. There may be alternate NWLR, and other citations.

The app will be clearly introduced to you by our sales reps, with liberty to download for 7day trial period. As soon as payment is made, you will be directed on how to install.
