We should know more about our saints. To know more about their life devotions and see how deep their faith is in Christ.

Our app is a humble attempt to assist those to further know our saint, specifically St. Francis Of Assisi.

St. Francis of Assisi was an Italian Roman Catholic friar, deacon and preacher and is one of the most venerated religious figures in history.

St. Francis of Assisi was renowned for drinking and partying in his youth. After fighting in a battle between Assisi and Perugia, Francis was captured and imprisoned for ransom. He spent nearly one year in prison, awaiting his father's payment.

During this time, it is said that Francis began receiving visions from God.
Consequently, Francis abandoned his life of luxury and became a devotee of the faith, his reputation spreading all over the Christian world.

According to Christian tradition, in the year 1224 he received the stigmata during the apparition of Seraphic angels in a religious ecstasy, making him the first ever recorded person in Christian history to bear the wounds of Christ's Passion.

Saint Francis' devotion to Christ and words have had a lasting resonance with millions of followers across the globe till this very day.
